• The RSK-145RC uses a battery operated circular saw: simply rotate the Roto-Skinner 360° around the cable to make perfect ring-cuts on plastic & metal clad MC-HL cables.
   
• Makes it a snap to strip steel or aluminum Type MC-HL with a continuously corrugated outer armor such as: Okonite CLX^®, Rockbestos Gardex^®, Southwire ARMOR-X^® and ARMOR-XTRA^®, General Cable’s TECK90, HVTECK and VERTITECK^® 
   
• Aluminum Interlocked Armor cables such as General Cable’s Duralox^® or MEGA MC™ Cable
   
• Plastic jacketed power cables such as General Cable’s DuraSheath® or  Southwire EFC Envirotect™ cable
   
• Ring-Cut cables from 1" to 5" OD or 13mm to 125mm.
   
• Depth of cut can easily be adjusted with a micrometer and locked, maximum depth of cut 5/16" or 8mm.
   
• Features convenient inch & metric scales for quickly moving & locking the hinged cable vee support to the desired size anywhere along the cable.
   
• Cordless low voltage Roto-Skinner is ideal for damp locations. Plus there’s no line cord - you have total freedom of movement & portability.
   
• Uses removable battery pack BP-153 which can be fully recharged in 1 hour. (Battery pack and charger not included)
   
• A full charge will give about 45 minutes of use (depending on material cut)
   
• SC-145 Straight Cut Adapter converts RSK-145RC to straight cut mode. Switch between straight & ring-cut quickly with a removable Quick-Pin

SV-151 Adapter for Roto-Skinner

Allows the RSK-145RC Roto-Skinner to make ring cuts from 1/2" to 1.00" O.D.  Attaches to RSK-145RC with 2 removable thumb screws.

This battery powered tool is designed to prep cable ends and is not recommended to strip long lengths of armored cable.  Also available is the AC powered RSK-125 Roto-Skinner.
